My purpose is not only to assist you with the healing process but also to facilitate your change and growth and help you to naturally awaken your own life-supporting behaviours. My practice is guided by over 20 years of helping people in difficult and often stressful situations. I have worked operationally in the Armed Forces; NHS; Police; and RNLI; as well as teaching in schools and a university. I bring the empathy, training and skills acquired from this extensive experience into my counselling.
Specialising in CBT, ADHD Support and Couples Therapy, I am able to assist with a broad range of individual and relational issues, including Anxiety and Phobias; Depression, Abuse and Trauma; Communication and Conflict Patterns.
I have significant experience of working with neurodiversity (particularly ADHD), understanding the challenges this can bring to our closest relationships, self-esteem, work and family life.
