I work with a broad spectrum of clients, including non-traditional relationships (such as poly/open), premarital couples, and those exploring alternative sexuality (kink/fetish). My expertise extends to addressing communication challenges, family dynamics, sex and sexuality issues, low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. As an LGBTQ+ affirming and Kink affirming therapist, I offer a supportive and practical approach, integrating various methods to provide personalized solutions. To name a few approaches I utilize: IFS, Out of Control Sexual Behaviors approach, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with couples, the Gottman theory, psychodynamic, somatic work, and a positive sex therapy approach.

The experience of 20 years has taught me that males often experience and express emotions in unique ways and have been enculturated in a way that makes self-awareness and asking for help very difficult. My specialty area is working with trauma. I’ve worked with males and PTSD most of my career which began with Military recovery from trauma. Since then I have had the privilege of working intensively with males who have a history of sexual trauma, as well as those working to overcome sexual addictions. I care deeply about setting and achieving my client’s goals.
